At MCS Meters, we stand behind the precision and quality of our measurement equipment with a 30-day return policy for all unused products. If your hardware does not meet your technical requirements, we offer a streamlined exchange or refund process to ensure your project remains on track.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific serial numbers of the meters you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware

  Ensure all meters, sensors, and accessories are placed back in their original protective packaging to prevent calibration shifts or physical damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of your shipping box and send the package via a trackable carrier to our quality control facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the equipment for any signs of use or tampering; once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
